Standard test dosage for newbies

when we all hear whats the standard test dosage during a cycle for begineers I know what my answer is but what is your take on it being always the norm 500mg a week ,whydoes everyone pretty much say 500mg a week

I tell friends who don't know anything about it to take 500mg or even less.. depends on what else might be using etc.. I tell them not to jump off into the 750mg etc dose because what are you going to take in future ???

for me the norm for a beginner is 500mg

I took just 250 every week my first cycle and did very well. I think 500 a week has been said so much that it's just what everyone thinks is best. Plus it does work lol

I believe a first cycle should start at 250mg a week of test for 14 weeks. You can always add more next cycle.
