A little about me.... 40yo compete in SPF like horse said. 308-shw classes for now. Next meet a week from today at SPF Nationals. Going for 700/400/630 1730 total and SPF SHW M40-44 National record. Using this as a tune up meet for GPC Worlds in Sept in Vegas. Those are the numbers im going for there so im using this meet to see how close i am to them and where i need to concentrate my training. Currently still natty but ready to cash that card in very soon. Hope to learn a lot here and meet some new brothers/sisters in iron.Comment
