WOW...what a nice welcome!!! I will say this is honestly the best welcome I have ever received on any forum! I recognize quite a few members above from other forums, thanks for having me baby1. I am a Mod on MC as well as M-R, previously a Mod on Elite Fitness as well.
A little about me...42 years strong, happily married to my gorgeous wife with a beautiful little girl, love this lifestyle of ours and have had a passion for bodybuilding for 20+ years. I have competed back in 2005 & 2007, and looking to get back on stage next year. My wife and I are currently enrolled in ISSA for our certifications in PT & nutrition. My beautiful wife will be making her debut in her first figure competition next year as well. We are training partners and live this lifestyle together, I am a firm believer in "A couple that trains together...stays together!" I am always looking to gain more knowledge and continue to educate myself in this passion of ours, and would love to be able to give to this community as well.
