Hello Fitness Geared, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm 5'10" 220lbs, been lifting for 20 yrs. No comps, gym rat only. I've been away from the boards for a bit due to family reasons but I'm excited to be back. I see some familiar names around here so I'm pretty sure I'm gonna like this place. It's good to be here and I hope to contribute in any way I can.
