Hi all,
First of all, thanks wutlisstrice for inviting me here. I was on IJ and everything went crazy there in the last two days....I'm 37 years old, 5'8", 210 lbs. I'm an ex personal trainer and current healthcare provider and meathead:-) I've been lifting for years but am new to the gear game. I hope I can make some good contributions to this board.
