"Fat Boy" checking back in...

[ROAD WARRIOR]

Hey all...

Used to come here, took a wrong turn, ended up living at BK and McD's, and for some reason I ended up about 50 lbs fatter. Now I'm back on the right track, down 20 lbs, working my azz and chins off, and will be asking for your advice, prayers, and most of all, PLEASE kick my azz to keep me on the straight and narrow!

And a big SHOUT out to all my homies in NJ.

Hey bro, good to see you back. hang in there. Patience and consistency. I have 40 pounds to lose bro. It snuck up and bit me on the ass... Some days I get discouraged and mad that I let myself put on so much fat. I usuaLLY am wearin something baggy, like a xxxl sweatshirt, in the gym, just to hide the fat..LOL
