    Just wanted to say hi to my new board.

    HI all. I go by Inkman on alot of the other sites some of you may know me from those. Anyhow I am 51 years young 5'11 225lbs right now trying to lean up some more. Started at around 244lbs so things are going well. Been into lifting since freshman year in high school have loved it ever since. Had its costs tho. Have had lower back surgery and uldar nerve surgery on both elbows so I have to go a little lighter now but not much lighter :>). So hope to be able to learn some more on here and maybe pass on some info I have learned about bb in the last 30 years.

    Here some pics of me now and few months ago when I was bulking.

                            Thanks again guys.I cannot wait to dig into some of the diet plans on here to see what everyone is doing for thier cutting diets. Just dropped 5lbs in 5 weeks so think it is going well so far. later.
