I've been lurking here for a while now, i really find the politics here interesting. Mostly i find it refreshing to see the right wing influence alive and well. Make no mistake, even though i reside in Canada i am very right wing, i am a huge fan of Ron Paul and my idol is Ann Rand. I've read pretty much everything she ever wrote.

A bit about me, just turned 50, on HRT for 3 yrs, 5'11"/210lbs/ bf about 12ish%, been lifting since i was 16. Married 30 yrs. 2 kids..

Ya i sensed that from reading your posts. The USA was ****ed when Ron Paul was out, he was the US's last hope of going back to what made America so great.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. As to haveing a lot to offer in regards to lifting its pretty limited. I'm a meat and potatoe kinda lifter, i stay with the basic's, always have. I don't understand some of the new technique's that have surfaced the past few years, just way too complicated for my taste..
