Hey everyone, new to this board...got lots of good stuff from what I see so far. Currently working to cut down to 185 from about 195. Once I am there I will probably maintain for a bit and then bulk back to 195-200. I am naturally pretty broadly built so I would like to once again be muscular AND cut. I got the muscle, just need to trim up. My goal is to hit 185 by the end of May.
Doing a three day split Chest/Tris, Back/Bis Calves, Legs.
Cardio 4 times a week + at 45 minutes 60-70% HR.
If anyone has any input on how to loose the fat faster than what my current routine will allow the input would be much appreciated. What has worked for you?
