thanks for the info lads, some good advice here, im going to bulk and keep bulking for a few months and see what results i get, feel better now i've got a direction and know what im meant to be doing thanks to every one
yes a 3 day split is fine with bulking....u just wanna hit each body part once a week....and as for cardio....i never do when bulking....but i am going to change that....u could go either way really....the reason i'm gonna start is just for health reasons...heart...stamina etc....if u do cardio....do it low intensity and i wouldn't do it more than 3 times a week when bulking
i am doing a 3 day splilt and doing my cardio on my days off but only 2/3 times a week. i am eating much better now and eating plenty, the only thing is i cant stand the look of having a belly, but i suppose that i will have to put up with it for the time being. i am consuming around 3500 calories a day and keeping my fat count pretty low. my girl friend has her own burger van so eating plenty of beef isnt a prob lol. have you got any good chest workouts that you find really good as i feel my chest is a real hard group to gain on?? once again thanks for all your advice much appreciated.
