A long overdue re-intro!

Hello FG,

This is MindlessWork and thought I'd re-introduce myself as forgotten about this board for a long-ass time and managed to find my login.

A bit about me:

5'8 and 203lbs and 57 years old.
I have run 4 cycles since I turned 52 and got some good gains from them.
