  • What's up?

How's it going fellas and ladies? Not too many females left of the other forums I'm on. I found this place through Olympia solutions. I'm currently active on a few other forums but you can never have enough information.

I'm 39 with 4 kids. Been lifting on and off since I was 14ish. Pretty steady for the last 6 or so years. I had low test but I was 1 point away from prescription t covered by insurance so I said I'll find it myself. Started with just 250mg/wk. Now I'm currently on my 3rd cycle and learning as I go. I know I'm not lean enough to see the results but the feeling is more important to me. I'm not competing I just want to look good and be strong AF.

My wife is 38 and is currently training for her first show. She is enhanced also. Part of the reason I am slacking is I do all her cooking and prepping. It's hard enough to do her food let alone enough cook for me, coach 2 baseball teams, help my daughter power lift and do stereo competitions on top of working 50hours a week.

You can never have enough info or too many options. I've only been in this game for a few years but have seen quite a few "good long time sources" turn. Look forward to meeting some good people and getting to where I want to be.

And just to be clear I'm the fat one lolPolish_20210805_072300564.jpg

Now that your wife's competing maybe you might consider competing too and that would be quite an experience as a couple for both of you. If you had trained before, muscle memory is your friend and you can rebound fairly quickly with diet, training and supplementation.

Good luck man and here's to your wife doing well in her show!
