I am using Ampilean right now. I actually originally bought it for my gf and decided to start stealing some. It is ok but not the greatest. My favorite fat burner so far has been oxyelite the original formula. I have not found anything that came close to that for energy or apatite supression. I like ampilean but i know what yoyu are after and i would not recomend it for your goals. Its a decent product but not what i was expecting.
