          from the papers i have read and what i was told it doesnt convert to no as effectively as citrulline malate does. you can get a similar effect with beet root powder and if you have a pretty bad increase in bp then all three work damn good. another one to take a look at is carditone which helps with bp and also helps to reduce left ventricle hypertrophy. i use all 4 but only toss beet root in one leg and back days as well as my days off. i have to count the carbs so when in prep i dont use it as often

            I use Beet root powder, citrulline, aakg and carditone. These should do the trick lol

                should put you around where i am. 110s over lower to mid 70s. mine will run in the 130s over lower 80s mid 80s without anything though
