  • DMAA Soon Gone For Good!

According to Priceplow, Stack3d, and other industry sources, the production of supplements containing DMAA has officially stopped. What happened?

There's a complete rundown in the above video, but basically the FDA finally got the better of Hi Tech and it's CEO, Jared Wheat, by using blackmail and underhanded tactics.

Mr. Wheat was arrested late last week in regards to a dietary supplement containing Red Yeast Extract from 2011/2012 which supposedly violated FDA guidelines. Hi Tech stopped the manufacture of this supplement years ago, but this was enough for the FDA to make an arrest. In order to make bail, the FDA made it a stipulation that Jared Wheat stop the manufacture of supplements containing DMAA and seized all DMAA products from his Warehouse.

While Jared Wheat and Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals plan on fighting this unfair and underhanded action by the FDA, this may officially be the end of the DMAA era. With the suddenness of these actions, there is a VERY VERY LIMITED supply of DMAA products still on the market. We do still have a small selection of DMAA products but do to the extremely limited availability we are going to be raising prices on these now rare products that are already out of stock at many retailers.

As a Suppz customer we are giving you the chance to buy before the price skyrockets. After Jack3d and Oxyelite Pro went off the market last time, those supplements reached prices of $100+ soon after they stopped being manufactured, and we expect the same thing to happen again.

They found lovastatin????? Weird, they seemed to really be going after DMAA but used a round about way (lovastatin in their red yeast rice) to get him to stop selling it.......This sounds like BULLSHIT. Good luck fighting the dick head feds though.

Re: DMAA Soon Gone For Good!

A Georgia federal judge on Tuesday ordered Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Inc. and three individuals to pay $40.1 million in compensatory sanctions for allegedly violating an injunction in a Federal Trade Commission suit.

Hi-Tech, Wheat and Smith must also recall all products whose packaging includes unsubstantiated claims, the court said.

i really liked dmaa when it was in capsules and nothing else. Great energizer right up there with ephedrine. Then a couple of people make a mistake that costs them their lives and now they have to hide the dmaa in other crap i dont want and now its completely cracked down and people are going to jail.
People die when they take way too much caffeine or alcohol or tylenol but i can get as much as i want no problem. For fucks sake spend money on cracking down on human trafficking, hospitals, education, anything that actually makes a difference. Not fucking pre-workouts for adults who can kill themselves on alcohol, tobacco, fast food, and other risky behavior without interference from the govt. Maybe its cz the govt makes money from those idk.
