Id be interested in giving it a go. Im a little ignorant on kratum though. I know a couple guys at work who use it. How exactly do you take it and whats it used for? Most of the guys i know who use it, use it for relaxation and put some in orange juice and chug it.

Well there are different strains. Some are used best at night, like
our Simply Red Will provide you with a deep relaxation and strong pain killing effects, You will feel very good. Strong mood enhancing effect.

White and yellow are both daytime strains.
White is our strongest energizing strain. You will feel full of energy, your mood will improve , you will feel upbeat, all around good feeling. Very uplifting
Some Pain killing

Yellow is great for people who have social anxieties. Bad nerves. It will make you feel more confident, calm, and collective. Put you in a good mood, things you normally would hesitate or worry about doing or saying will be much easier to do. You will feel more empowered , you wont really worry what anyone thinks or will say . also helps concentration and focus.
White and yellow also cut my appetite.
You will be more talkative. That is certain. Both will provide some pain reduction.

Our simply green is also a night time strain. Very relaxing. You feel like you just wanna settle in for the night. You feel great. No worries. No stress.

I mix whatever strain im gonna use in about 4-6oz of oj. Then gulp it down.
If need to i will swish around some oj or juice afterward to get any residual in my mouth.

Your welcome. They can be used for many circumstances. As a preworkout, pushing through the lactic acid barrier.
Mixing in a warm drink like coffee or a tea is great also.
Remember OJ, grapefruit juice will help Its effectiveness(enhancement) so to speak. I always recommend starting lower than th3 recommend dose when anyone begins. 1scoop or 2 scoops. 2-4gr. This way you get a feel for the effects. And its not so over powering your first time.
