i like 10mg myself personally prior to training along with citriline(sp). the added sexual benefits are great as well but that is just right and no sinus issues or anything else with 10

Agree with this. Normally 10mg is my go 2 dose. But figured id go half an ml. Today hopefully sinuses are good as well as mister happy.
