Start at 10 units. Some handle it well. But several get great benefits from 10 units. Everyone will respond different.

It will benefit overall. But you will notice spot reduction in the fat area you are injecting also.

you will see it all over man, but you will get some good results in stubborn areas that you put it in

Dethklok - Started my first cycle of HELIOS 15 days ago @ 1/4 cc L & R side (love handles) in conjunction w/ 25 mcg of t3 ED. worked up to .40 cc L/R side (.8 cc total) of HELIOS 3 days ago and started experiencing: shakes, shits and nausea AND haven't lost a pound yet - this is day 15! Obviously I'm going to back down the HELIOS to .35 cc L/R ED (.7 cc total) which is all my body can handle, but shouldn't I have experienced some weight loss by now? BTW - I'm also (started at same time) on 400 mg cyp Every 5 days and 100 mg tren-a Every 3 days. Where to go from here is my question???

You are smart and not using more than your body can handle. I shred like a fool on oral clen but powdered yoh hcl I get no physical changes and i get tweaked. I have not inj each individually. If you are not getting any benefit from Helios and upping the dose only makes sides unbearable you have to ask yourself if it's worth it to keep using it. Guns likes helios for prep and may have some advice that could help keep your helios run going. If it were me i would drop helios and switch to oral clen.

Ok a few things. Before i begin.
Have you ever used clen before.
Have you ever used t3 before.
Is that your first cycle?
Ha e you ever used tren before?

This is Exactly true., thank you.
Also, he is only about 32mcg a day of clen.
Which isnt a whole lot.
Proper Diet, and cardio still need to be followed.
But that's why i also asked about his AAS.
And t3.

pull the heilis dose back down like you are planning. with the yohimine in there with the clen it doesnt take as much of the helios to crank you up. that could be one of the causes of the sides. also with the t3 added in as well it could be giving you a double whammy. now as for the weight loss, obivously you have to be in or creating a cal def. if you arent then you arent going to be dropping any actual weight. now that isnt saying that you arent dropping bf and not losing any weight. get you a set of calipers and pinch where you hold the most body fat. if that number is coming down weekly then you are losing body fat.
