Dayum chest is almost 100% back to what it was before this injury.
Had a amazing chest day yesterday.
My tri ceps loved my close grip burn out sets at the end.

Did some back today it's about 85% back to normal back delt still not giving its full power.
Still makes me go a little off form.
But I have been holding squeeze point and release slow.
Basically like doing negative motion slow after a 2-4 seconds of holding flex position.

Keep at it. Those peps are great but nothing magic.

Thanks man having a injury in this game is very discomforting.
And this is a game changer for sure

                Amazing shit
Doing arms today almost 100% again feels so good to do some heavy super seats and see the veins popping.

                  Hell yeah
                  Arms were 17 1/4"
                  Pumped 18 1/4 "
                  Today.
Hopefully I can get back to 18" cold by Christmas.
That would be the best present to myself.

                    Great work.
Im at a week using 250 mcg 2x a day for various issues. I developed psoriasis about two years ago. As of today (1 week) skin plaques are fading as well as inflammation and joints are starting to feel better. Maybe in a week or two Ill be back in the iron game. Thank you Recon.

                      This stuff is phenomenal.
                      Everything seems to be healing.
The only od thing is my thumb knuckle has been achy last couple days.
It has been broken before about 12 years ago. But no injuries sense.

                        Re: Bcp157 and Tb500

So I did shoulders yesterday there almost as strong as before but different shaped on each side as well as biceps.
My left use to be my epic side. Now pumped my arms are 18 1/2 but my right bicep is more built then my left by far.
The outer head has shaped again but not the same.
Gonna hold off. On theent run another month.
But the left one is a little bigger but it looks like it's not flexing to its capacity.left. Is bottom pic
