Re: Heavy Vs Light Lifting For Bodybuilding
Im trying the lighter weight approach myself, i use a slower tempo and higher reps. the pump is insane and i am seeing results,i'm rather surprised to be honest."I don't need the promise of Heaven or the threat of HELL to be a good person"

Re: Heavy Vs Light Lifting For Bodybuilding
good form time under tension and pump are the most important imo. just lifting heavy weight to lift heavy weight is stupid and will shorten your time in the sport. now with that said some people can grow with heavy weight crap form and some can grow with light weight and perfect form. progressive loading and blood every training session. also something that comes to mind is heavy weight is a relative term. what is light weight for me my be stupid heavy for you. i think that also plays a part in the equation as wellTGBSupplements REP
