arm day today:
not the best pics in the world and not holding pose very good because of the pump. i would put this stuff as close to slin pump wise as possible. just a smidge under with the skin tearing painful effect of the pump. pic one is pre pump and is a back dbl bi pose pic 2 is post training and is the side chest one

back day on the lineup for today.
i guess i should have noted i am taking just under 1 scoop of the juice. so i am a tad under the serving size. i dont tolerate stims really well and the racing heart i just dont enjoy anymore. that's especially a big deal when you are as big and heavy as i am haha. it beats hard enough just breathing. ok 1 new observation today and it could have already been happening and i just wasnt paying attention but i was freaking pouring the sweat. we are talking dripping on the floor pouring. this stuff doesnt give me the tingles either which i dont care to much for. i am not a fan of the flush at all. any way i will sum it up like this: after over 20 sets of back i felt like randy in a christmas story. ralphy(sp) i cant put my arms down haha

a new observation from yesterday:
this stuff hits pretty fast. i am talking 10 mins ish fast and that's after eating less than an hour or so before. i am guessing that it is due to it being a very very fine powder consistency as opposed to the thicker grainier powders you normally get
so i did some silly legs yesterday and killed it. felt great for the entire session on top of that. full of energy and drive and i actually moved more weight than i normally top off with for speed. so that is one plus. the other which i was expecting and dreading was the sick freaking pump in the hams and quads. yep it was stupid. now i will def get some arm and leg pics up this upcoming week for sure. another thing i noticed is it didnt shift over to my lower back at all. no crash but i was toast when we finished up. i kicked my own ass in other words haha

couple new added things i noticed today doing back:
pump- again just plain silly almost slin like. not quite that level but not to far away
recovery- the recovery time between sets is pretty awesome and crazy. i have pretty good wind and cardio endurance right now but it still takes a little for the muscle to recover. hell today i would say that recovery time was cut by 3/4.
well being- the over all sense of well being is quite noticable. just all around feel really good even after starting training with intervals. the leg pump still sucks though
low back pump. until i actually started working deads today, i got zero issues with lower back pump. again another added plus to me

energy: yeah buddy. super drive and not to the point of shaky or just running your mouth 1k miles an hour cause you are all hoped up. perfect stims on this level also
pump: if arms were an indicator for what legs are going to be like with full glycogen tanks it is going to be an ugly baby. i dont use the skin ripping pump term very often but damn it hurt haha. i love legs but i am kinda dreading it coming up
guts: i have not had any gastro discomfort at all. so no running to the crapper 1-2 or 3 times after drinking this stuff. so it is good in that aspect
hydromax: this is the main reason i hit up ma for a run of this product. i wanted to see how well this stacked up. well i am still drinking a gal of intra during my training but i am and have yet to get thirsty at all during or after training. no cramping at all either. so again it is legit

powder: perfect with no clumps and perfectly mixed up
smell- ok, i will admit this is pretty crazy and a little chemically smelling to me. it odes have the delicious watermellon smell but i can detect the hint of chems. (not neccessarily a bad thing btw)
mixing- mixed up well no clumps no floaties or other issues. it also didnt stick to the shaker or require additional shaking or more water to clear residue after drinking it
taste- taste is on point and pretty good. i did not get any of the chemical taste that i smelled and i mixed it pretty strong
energy- very good burst and very smooth with no jitters at one scoop. i will be able to better gauge this when i have proper nutrition in my body during my next training session
focus- on point as well. i would say laser sharp esp since i may have slept 3 hours total last night
pump- i am actually impressed with the pump i got on a pretty empty tank. veins out as well
i will get in a much better feel for it on weds though. but first impressions so far are fantastic

ok so i didnt actually train per say today so no pump juice. i did on the other hand do some serious interval sprints and damn my legs pumped up faster and harder than usual today. my glycogen tanks are full now but my body is also used to this type of training. it may be a residual effect from yesterday's effect still kicking. i may try it again on a non training day just to see what's up. even though it sucks to do intervals with pumped legs, it is still cool haha
