Good video, I've met him a few times through the years and hv to say one of the nicest guys. You'd think that someone with his look and genetics would just be arrogant but he's anything but that.

Thanks buddy! His style has a lot of similarities to how I train and think, but I haven't made that caliber yet! Lol I was reading stats that his PRs are a 600lb raw bench at 275 and a 815 squat with no belt and a 760 deadlift. Very impressive states for a guy so freaking lean!

That's good to hear, off camera almost always changes people but in all his interviews I have seen he was very friendly and almost comical but not cocky. Very classy vibe indeed! Good to hear he's the same way in reality.

Lol maybe do, the kicker is snd I have no idea either way so I'm not disputing it but he claims to be completely drug free. No aas at all. He said that would just take away all meaning to him of what he was trying to accomplish. He also stated if you can't do it are then as far as he's concerned you can't do it! I.e a reference to bench shirts ect. I do agree with that for the most part. Raw power means so much more to me also.

That was always my belief too. As I've gotten older I've had to add straps for back workout cause my tendons in my arms are so f'd up. I only use a belt on my heaviest lifts but it's more of a have to now with the low back! I don't use knee wraps very often again as you age you got to do what you got to do!

Yea I always thought raw was alot more impressive. I have to use straps and I need to find some kind of glove for my left hand now tho. I'm happy with how I'm progressing tho.
