Re: Powerlifters Help!
here is what i know from the guys that i train with and around that do power lifting and strong man. now keep in mind i am a bodybuilder and only jump in with them on occasion but we do share strategies. these guys go at it in phases. an example would be a month at 5x5s for specific lifts and others in the 8-12 range. the next period would be 3s with the other lifts in the 6-10 range. then the next is singles with others in the 20 rep ranges. now they tell me the reasoning behind this is that your cns and tendons can only be hammered for so long and strength period windows are increased by training in periods of a variety of ranges. is this the ideal method of training for these events? i have no clue but these are some of the craziest strong people that i have ever been around and 3 out of 5 of them win the majority of their eventsTGBSupplements REP

Re: Powerlifters Help!
Look up Mark Bell supertraining Gym and look up Brandon Lily cube training. This is all rooted in westsidebarbell training. Look up Brandon Lily box jump on YT. Him and Hoff jump up onto a 5ft box, 300lb men. total 2100 RAW. That is beyond human.
