What kind of belts do you guys use? Many of the guys I have asked have said the Inzer forever belt is the best one to get....but that thing is 67.00! Is anyone here using that one or you got any cheaper ideas?

Re: Weight belt??
I have a 6 inch black Valeo leather belt that I bought for $20 at Big 5 in Encino, CA. Had it for about 5 years now. I also have a smaller Nike belt that I've had for about 15 years or more.

Is it one of those things where I would have to buy 2 or 3 belts throughout my lifting where as the Inzer belt would be a one time purchase?

Never used a belt and never needed it. I consider a belt for being used for a very few selected exercises thats itDisclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world. Re: Weight belt??
Inzer is the "cadillac" of weightlifting belts. Def a good recommendation, but they are very $$$$. The link I have below will get you just as good of quality of a belt at a lower price. If you buy one of the belts around the $40-50 range you shouldn't need another for years. Hell I used to even pull a sled with about 90lbs attached to it ran up and tied around my belt and still didn't wear it out. Def rugged and tough.
You want to get at least a 10mm thick belt and 4" wide.
