haha as long as you are hitting what your goals are the foods really dont have to match or make sense. it does help if it tastes somewhat good though haha

Just had a salad.
Spinach, iceburg lettuce, cucumbers,8oz.turkey. shredded. Should of taken the pic before i almost ate it all. Just come from the park jogging.
