  • Pineapple Smoothie with Cilantro Recipe

    Total Time: 5 minutes
    Serves: 2

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
    • juice of 1 lime
    • 3 cups frozen pineapple
    • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
    • 1/2 teaspoon chlorella powder, optional
    • coconut water, start with 1 cup

    Directions:

    • Combine coconut milk, lime juice, pineapple, cilantro, chlorella and 1 cup coconut water in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, adding coconut water as needed for desired thickness.
    • Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

      It sounds good. My fiance loves cilantro, but for me it can be a bit strong if too much. May give it a try and just adjust the cilantro lol.
