Pressure cooker, steamer, a press measuring cup, good commercial pans, my internal thermometer of course my vita mix.. that was a freebie thank god. Hell I can go on and on.. I watch that cooking show on pubic access called America's test kitchen and they really have some soild reviews on kitchen equipment. Been very pleased with the recommendations from there

only reason i say foreman tops the list is because one it pulls off a tad bit of fat 2-weather dont matter and 3 it is super fast to prep my protein fresh quickly. the others are pretty much set and forget. the processor isnt an essential but i can toss chicken beef or whatever i want in there and process it down to a pulled pork type consistency. then i can eat fast and it digest imo much much faster. you can make some mean chicken salads or patte with that bad boy mixing together your protein carbs and greens.TGBSupplements REP
