2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon

I drink detox tea, never thought to add apple cider vinegar to it, I just take it like a shot!

I'm sure fresh is better but who can afford to buy a shit ton of lemons every week, not me, I just use the stuff in the bottle.

i do man and it makes a huge difference. you can get like a 4lb bag at sams or costco for like 4-5 bucks. that last me about a wk or so. also the acv, go with organic with pulp. it not only detoxes you out really well but it also improves insulin sensitivity and does all kinds of other cool stuff

I wish I could get anything for 4 or 5 bucks but I live in Alaska where everything is outrageously expensive

oh damn man, i am sure tropical fruits are stupid high up your way. that sucks. i am sure using extract still gives lots of benefits as well
