  • Shake idea!

So came up with this the other day so thought I'd steal FIST thunder!

So 1 cup Silk Dark Chocolate Almond milk (can do more if you desire a different thickness), 1 cup of ice, I small banana, Two scoops of strawberry banana whey protein (in this case I used Optimum Nutrition)...I also add 1/2 teaspoon dark coco baking powder for more flavor!

This straight up tastes like Chocalate covered strawberries and bananas!

    Yum!

Man I tried that dark choc almond milk with 5 egg white, scoop of dymantize XT, and a banana and it kicked ass too! I'm sold on almond milk now (I usually use water because I hate what goes into dairy)...

I use the unsweetened almond milk for all my shakes. It adds a little thickness and tastes great w/o sugar. Can't do dairy either

I use the unsweetened Silk Almond Milk also. Never thought about using their chocolate. I will usually look at sugars/carbs, but id bet there are a lot more carbs in the chocolate. Ive used the Hershey chocolate with no sugar added and is pretty good, but I am not a big fan of the taste of Hershey product as a chocolate flavor isnt all that good imo. I think Nestle makes a powder that is without sugar.? I am prob being anal here..I should just go ahead and get the Silk Almond chocolate, lol!

damn this sounds good! going to give this one a shot and put bf touch to it by substituting the cup of ice for a cup of frozen strawberries to make the strawberry taste pop!

thanks for recipe 6p6! very nice bro.
