              1 lb turkey burger
              2 cans chili beans
              1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatos (or i use fresh ones sometimes)
              chopped onions
              chili powder
              couple chopped hot peppers

              put low-fat cheese on top

mines nothing fancy, but its good

                Re: Chili cook off!!!!!

I rarely use measurements, so when making this just throw in enough that you think is good.

                1 lb ground buffalo
                Cubed ham
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 can chili beans w/ sauce
1 can black beans (rinsed) if you want to make a big batch
                Salsa (canned or home made)
                Red, white, or rose’ wine
                Hot pepper flakes to season
                Paprika to season

If it’s too thick I add some water.

Dish into bowl and add some low fat bleu cheese on top. Yum!!
