ok this is a little something that i normally dont share with anyone and is one of my favorite things to grill. i am going to share it with you guys here cause you are awesome. now this puppy is most def not healthy and i based my idea off of the juicy lucy for those of you that watch the travel channel.
ingredients:
2 packs of ranch dry seasoning (hidden vally is best)
80/20 ground chuck (has to be this fat cause it will fall apart if not)
1 clove of garlic
2 flavors of laughing cow cheese tirangles i use garlic and herb and french onion personally
colby jack cheese slices.
preparing the burgers:
1-place the hambuger meat in a mixing bowl
2-add hidden valley ranch packets to the burger mix
3-finely chop the garlic and add to the burger
4-pat out 2 1/2pound patties,make a little pocket in the center while building up the sides
5-place 1 wedge of each flavor of laughing cow cheese in the pocket
6-place the top of the other patted out burger on top and press the sides down to crimp it
COOKING:
1-preheat the grill to about 400
place your burgers on the grill
allow them to cook for 10 minutes and flip
repeat
now flip and cook for 5 minutes and place the cheese slices of you choice on and cook for another 5 minutes.
pull them puppies off and tear them up. they are bad ass as they come.
note:
cooking times will vary because i usually do 2lb burgers myself and the 10 minute flips are the times that i have came up with.
not going to put up any of the nutrition info cause you dont want to know it and if you are dieting you most def arent going to be putting one of these down
