Instant Pot grub

First thing I made in there! I love sweet potatoes but they take awhile to bake. Made 4 medium sized ones in the Instant Pot and they came out perfect

Also made some chicken and it tastes even better then when I use the crock pot.


2- 8oz fresh boneless chicken breasts
6 cups (low sodium)chicken broth
carrots
celery
onion
salt and pepper
1 Bay leave
parsley

16 minutes cook time on high pressure, soup mode


Right now I am looking up desserts,lol

This is def helping me stay on track. Made up some chicken avocado wraps for a few days, at a time. We are going to try making a cheesecake for a cheat
