A friend told me about this a couple years ago but I still havent tried it. Saw a few things at Trader Joes and I plan on picking 1 up to give it a try. Any of you eat this?

I have tried it and it is interesting. The actual fruit can be cooked like meat and has the taste and texture of meat.
The seed can be boiled and eaten it is very cool indeed -

I had a buddy BBQ jack fruit slices on the smoker. I did not get to try it. I heard it was good but it is just not on my radar. Lots of Asian stores carry it."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

i have seen it used on cooking shows but never tried it myself. on the shows i have watched they always talk about the lack of taste it has and how it has to be added into other things.TGBSupplements REP
