    Sometimes I end up on Google in the middle of cooking and baking , after realizing I am out of an ingredient. In cooking it is much easier to make substitutes. In baking, it is such a science that one little change can mess up the whole recipe. In the middle of brownies and no eggs. I used the chia seeds and water instead. Not a difference in the out come at all. Here are some more subs
