  • "oh i wanna look like you!"

    So im at work and a person asked me "what do i need to do to lose weight and get ripped like how much do i need to eat like carbs ect.". im stumped, i honestly dont know where to start by telling these people oh eat 300g of carbs a day or even the bro science of a macro split. whats your guys opinion on a starting point. ive always had a coach to take all my guess work out and i know im eating way more carbs and calories than a normal person would.

    lets say the person does 4 - 5 days of lifting for about 45 mins and 30 mins 4-5 of cardio a day walking on the treadmill.

    whats your opinions? or what do you tell people when they say "oh i wanna look like you!"

    I get that a lot at work. "oh I wish I had your metabolism" I tell em "you can, eat like me and work as hard and as often as me"

    not what they want to hear. they hope I can tell them some secret.

    If they keep on, I tell them how how I workout and what I eat daily.............they normally start making excuses at that point why they cannot do it.

      They have to educate themselves and read read read
