    Re: Increased energy without anxiety?

Ive seen a woman reduce the strongest of men to a shell of himself. Its sad to see it happen. Women can really screw your head up if you let it. Nothing worse than getting wrapped up with a drama queen

I believe this...someone to "hear" them and make them feel understood while keeping their opinions to themselves

I feel we are all responsible for ourselves. No one can change us, unless WE allow them to and if that happens the only blame if placed is on oneself. Balance is key in everything. There is always work to be done

I totally agree. In the end, we choose the situations we put ourselves in so we deserve what we get. Its always our choice. To blame our condition on someone else only weakens us. We alone are responsible.

I guess I shouldn't really say "blame" but accountability sounds better. Blame , can be shaming and to do that to ourselves is no good either.

Most people are busy blaming their shitty life on someone else. The reality is that where ever we are in life, we are 100% responsible. There are no excuses and there is nobody else to blame. We are where we are because we put ourselves there, whether we realize it or not.
. If its to be its up to me.

If a dude is devastated over being dumped by a super hot chick, he has to realize the only person who can give him back his dignity is himself by learning self control. He cant be crying and begging her to take him back. I have to say that no man has truly lived until he was so devastated over a chick that he threw his dignity under the bus and cried and begged her to take him back...well, you only need to fuck up and do that once to learn that it is NO WAY to get a chick back lol
