    Whether it be the hershey squirts or a cork in the shooter regularity is a thing we all must deal with.

    If you have one what is your regimen to stay regular?

    Ive been trying to get regular. I will be eating more fruits and veggies a lot of Broccoli and more fiber.

      Something I noticed recently... I picked up some of the Post Raisin Bran. Always liked it when I was a kid and haven't had it in a while, so figured what the hell. I was running late for work a few times during the week and through it in for breakfast because it was fast. Damn... As "too much info" as this probably is, my craps have been amazing. Been pretty regular and completely effortless. Normally I'm in there for a while and could easily use half a roll of toilet paper. But now, couple minutes, two quick wipes and I'm out.

      Who would've ever thought.... Post raisin bran lol.

        If I have a "no wiper" im walking on sunshine all day lol.
