Getting into shape isn't a resolution you make once a year , or when there's a lunar eclipse or a leap year , its a solid promise to ones self to make an effort to train hard and better your body !!! It really doesn't matter if you bodybuild, do yoga, run or even try and eat better. Its a decision that will transform you into someone better!!!
So this resolution shit is for the birds , just train hard and make those Gains !!!

I see it every year. All the new members at the gym the whole month of January, then only a half stick around for February, then March is usually back to normal. I think the downfall for most people is when they realize it's a lifestyle, not just a month to get in shape.

I hate this time of year for that specific reason. Resolutioners just get in my way. I'm all for people deciding to get in shape. Just don't want them around me when I'm getting my work done.
