im always working out early .what would be the best nutrition to start the day off with .without getting sick because i ate to big a pre-workout meal.im trying to lean way down from19% to 10%in 6 months .thanks any help BREAKFST has just got me torn on what to eat .ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED. i dont have alot of time to sit down and eat .thanks

If you are just going for protein & no carbs or fat, this is what I sometimes do. I'll have half my protein from egg whites & the other half from whey in water. I go for 50 grams per meal, so that works out to 8 whites & a scoop 25g of whey. I just find it better to get some real food in me for breakfast & the egg whites are very light.
go with real food for breakfast, egg whites and oats. but between bars and shakes, go with a shake, easier to digest and you generally get more from and out of it.
