Originally posted by lwgy Im taking Prolab Creapure (German Micronized) 5mg ed. i feel bloated. I did a search and i found posts saying that Creatine can cause water retention.
is there anything i can take to reduce this? liquidex?
i personally wouldn't take liquidex to reduce creatine bloat. just drink TONS of water, eat clean...if you are really concerned just stop taking it, but >>I<< wouldn't
l-dex would probably be a waste of money for creatine bloat as it usually expensive and besides it is used to reduce estrogen. Try using ALA, ginger root, or potassium.

Do NOT mess with a suburbanite, cuz we're just not going to take it anymore.
Creatine has nothing to do with estrogen so l-dex wouldn't reduce the bloat. Creatine will make you retain water no matter what. Just drink tons of water like iamcdn said to try and minimize it.

When you don't drink enough water your body saves all that it gets by storing it, retaining water. When you make sure that your body has enough water throughout the day it does not need to store as much water so it gets rid of it, retaining less water. You're still probalbly gonna be a little bloated because your body does not get rid of everything your drink but it'll be better than not drinking as much.
