  • What you eating??

    What do you guys do on a regular day for getting all those meals in? Mine usually goes like this...
    Wake up...protein shake
    96% half pound burger on a whole wheat bun
    Protein bar
    Protein shake
    (Workout)
    Protein shake
    6 eggs with 3 slices of Swiss cheese on a whole wheat roll
    Protein bar

          coffee
          oatmeal
          eggs with spinach
          chicken sausage
          orange
          lunch varies but something healthy
          protein shake post workout
          healthy dinner maybe a snack at night

              I eat pretty boring. Not necessarily the same exact thing every day, but close lol.

              Right now my day looks something like this:

              Eggs and grits
              Lean beef and sweet potato
              Protein shake and light greek yougurt
              Chicken, rice and veggies (usually broccoli)
              Oatmeal before workout
              Protein shake immediately post workout
              Then fish (usually salmon) rice and veggies for last meal.

              Usually snack on almonds in between if I get hungry.
              Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

                  i just eat whatever. I am sure I am not getting enough protein for maximum muscle growth but I don't care anymore.
                  breakfast 3 eggs
                  snack 10 almonds and carrot sticks or another veggie
                  lunch something left over normally healthy
                  snack flax flat bread and hummus
                  dinner fish chicken or beef normally grilled with a salad and/or veggies.

                  pretty low calorie. as I get older to stay lean I have to cut back on everything as my back prevents me from working hard and my TRT shot is minimal

                          I consume crazy amounts of fruit. Depending on the time of year. Plums are awesome this time of year. I can eat 6 or more in a day. Peaches right now are incredible. I average one whole watermelon a day in the summer. Cherries. Apples. I drive out to the farms where they have fruit stands and I buy boxfuls. I dont think fruit makes people fat. Sitting on your ass all day makes you fat

                            Truth!! I eat bananas a lot as well. Put them in almost every shake I make. Plus apples and grapes are a staple for snacks
