If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
funny you say this, cause this is about the only yoga pose I have mastered and I do do this quite frequently. As much as I dont want to. I am headed to the doc soon to get a medrol dosepak so I can get this calmed down a bit. It always helps me and the goofball wouldnt give it to me over the phone. I agree that exercise in the water is so very beneficial to the body
they suck ass as we know for sure. i say take it if you have to but only every now and then. i refuse to take anything at all daily and only when i absoltuely feel like i am about to die or i havent slept in days. i can make a 30 day supply of my meds last for 6-8 months haha

this is just a pack that goes from 6 a day down each day. Only last about 5days or so. It wont cure but will keep me from screamin ang crying which when I do that it is freaking bad

oh yeah, that's about when i bust mine out as well. no need to suffer through that much even with a high tolerance like we have
