Yeah i have substitued protein powder for the pancake flour and added an extra teaspoon of baking powder because they will be more dense than normal pancakes
After the you have made the batter for regular pancakes, add a scoop or two of protein powder, mix it, and add water slowly and mix, until you have the original consitency back

Hey yordi how ya doing? Well this is how i make my pancakes,
2 egg whites
40g oats
1 cup water
50g brown flour
2g baking powder
pinch of vanilla
artificial sweetner
2 scoops whey protien..
Blend them all together and you have your mix, it turns out great.. And as for the topping i make ice cream, i get lots of ice cubes and put it into the blender with a Myoplex MRP, and use a little water, it comes out just like a thick shake, then just pour it on your cooked pancakes...
