I never go a day without it. I literally try not to go longer than 3 hours with taking at least an ounce of Pom. Very powerful anti inflammatory. Also extremely powerful cardiac benefits. Opens up blood vessels. Keeps good erections as good as viagra. I just bought 3 of the 64 ounce bottles at sams. $9.99 a bottle. Cheap health insurance.

When I can eat the whole fruit I do that. Everyone should be sipping this stuff. Put an ounce in your water bottle. That little amount wont mess up your low carbing. Yes, I am a pomegranate fanatic. I am never without it and when I get down to my last bottle, I go to sams and buy more.

PS- I never drink more than an ounce or 2 at a time but I will do that about 8 times a day

Just dont want the blood sugar spike by drinking all 8 ounces at once. Plus it seems to work best that way -a little bit spaced out all day long ... Sometimes I might chug a little more if I think I need it.

it is high $$$. I think one can find anti-oxidants just as potent but cheaper. although that is a great source and convenient.
