Sorry just did a search on it. I personally dont like carb blockers or appitite suppessors.I had rather go with ALA and eat low carb.I like to eat so I do.I just try to eat right ex.5-small meals a day high protien,low carb moderate fat. i actually have to force myself to eat because I stay so full."There is no such thing as big pussies just little dicks.
