I am looking for hire a coach to help me take my body and training to the next level. What to eat how much and when has ALWAYS been my biggest struggle, I can never get my diet down and when I do I'm not even going to lie I start to struggle with bland foods.
I don't have a ton of money to spend every month, but I cam looking for someone to really help me dial in my diet and maybe give me a couple pointers on training. I like to think my training is finally back to where it needs to be but I'm always open to ideas and suggestions. But. I know my diet is lacking.
I might also be looking to hire someone for my wife, so obviosuly we would love to use to same person for her diet and training and my diet, like a package, so someone with male and female experiance. I help her as much as I can am I am learning more for her I will be the first to admit idk much about workouts or nutrition for woman. Neither one of us are trying to compete right now but we are both looking for a compatition body. I am would love to be huge but I can't be to big with my job, so what I'm really looking to do is be a big size but shredded. She is looking for a bikini compaction body with a little more muscle mass and a little more lean. We have pictures of what our end goal is.
I have a pretty good workout system that had packed on good size and stench the past few month but my nutrition is garbage.
For my wife we are looking to build her a training and nutrition plan as we kind of have one but it's just a rough sketch so to speak to her to started.
Would love to hear any recommendation you guys have especially any personal experiances with certain coaches.
