Just got some and I am giving it a go. We'll see what happens. Hoping for some good feedback to give but I will give it a few months first, if I tolerate it well

I hope you can tolerate that Baby1 because Turmeric is one of the most powerful super foods on the face of the earth. It fights inflammation, cancer, amyloid deposits in the brain, hardening of the arteries, helps recovery from workouts, etc etc etc
I never go a day without it. I try to get at least 6 capsules per day. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

PS- I love the combination of Turmeric and Boswellia. Some companies put that in the same capsule.

Both with food and empty stomach. I take it 3 times a day, more if I have joint pain or muscle soreness. It never bothers my stomach, but with food might be best at first

I buy swanson brand, but there are a lot of good companies. I use swanson brand myself, but mainly because its cheap. You can get 60 capsules for about $5. Thats cheap health insurance.

I just bought Mercola brand. I have to watch what they add to supps cause things bother me

my mom is big in this turmeric. she swears by it.. came by and dropped me a bottle after my surgery however I have not yet tried it.

Just too many benefits to turmeric to list them all. Its something I believe everybody should be taking.
I think I will order the Turmeric with Bromelain capsules next time. There is no doubt in my mind about the stuff. 100% certain. Dont go without it. It's too important.

tumeric is not well absorbed. take it with black pepper which contains bioperene and increases bio availability.

reporting back after a few weeks. I have felt some relief from inflammation since I started taking this. Digestion improved also and I look 10 years younger...lmao, I wish. Anyway, so far so good. I will be sticking to this brand cause I have experienced no problems so far

Update so far. Well I do believe that this has helped my whole body inflammation a bit. I have had a low grade fever and severe facial pain daily for a couple of years now. I haven't had the daily fevers anymore and the facial pain is still there but not as bad. It could be a combo of things but I do believe this has helped.
