Yea thats what i was wondering too is if you can drink egg beaters because they arent double pasteurized. So egg beaters put back the fat and cholesterol of regular eggs?
I dont think we want that added back into our diet..

their is zero fat and cholesterol in egg beaters man. and yes you can drink them if that's how you choose to take them in. i am not drinking anything that i can get a full belly eating myself. not being hungry is a plus in my book
I read somewhere you have to cook the egg whites or they are worthless I'm assuming this is not true as many ppl seem to be drinking them. I don't mind drinking it and would be a great addition to my breakfast because I don't EAT eggs nvr been a big fan and they usually tear up my tummy.
Not true...straight up liquid protein and like the ones I get are tasteless! Mix 1-2 cups whites and 1 scoop protein powder, shake and drink.
Yes, egg beaters are just egg whites iirc. I used to order egg beaters and oatmeal at Village Inn after working out next door at Better Bodies in Denver. I drove by that gym the other day and it is now a Wal Mart. Sad.
Tried them all over the years. Muscle egg tastes the best straight. But im a sugar junkie. Havent drank any in a long while . Do the whites from winco 4.76 is the cheapest I can find them I cook one cup whites 2 farm whole eggs minimum every morning.
And yes the worst farts ever.. but plan it right and it can work in your favor..lol
there have been many write ups on the difference between cooked and raw can't remember specifically what they intaled but cooked won with digestion and ubsorbsion or something... I like eggs all ways and every day.
do the math on the ones from the grocery store: 1 qt container is about 4-6 bucks and two of those is a half gallon and that would be no more than 12-14 bucks with taxes and you just spent 45 bucks on flavored egg whites. my suggestion would be get normal egg whites and either put protein powder in them for flavor or get normal egg whites and add some type of flavoring yourself. that would save you at least 20 bucks or so and that's pretty significant
