It's downhill after 40, then up, then down then up,lmao. Wait till the eyes start going . Seriously though, sleep issues are related to countless things. Whatever it is hope you feel better soon and get as much rest as you possibly can. SAD (seasonal affect disorder) can be real for some and a bump in VitD may do the trick. After all, most don't even know where their level is. Feel better and sleep!
Hey bro, I think you can overcome this. Its not uncommon to feel like that. Good thing youre able to sleep because if you had insomnia you would really be wiped out. Ive noticed that when I go to bed early, I wake up early the next day ready to kick butt. If I stay up late, Im dragging ass the next day until noon lol
Dont feel naked, bro......
Sleep is a funny thing. Ive been there ....where I can sleep 8 plus hrs and still drag knuckles. Hopefully It should pass soon
And no I take nothing for sleep otc or prescribed. I just sleep from work day and gym exhaustion baby. Like today up at 3 am just feeling alert by 515 am and yes four cups of java
