KIND bars

I love these bars. they have so many different ones . I have 2 faves:

ditch them baby1 and check out best bars ever. all whole food ingredients, no preservatives etc....... they even have them for damn near everyone's nutrition profile and a ton of really good flavors. now the down side is they are only good for 30 days and you have to keep them in the fridge if you arent going to eat them within 24 hours

not a cheat jipped, they are broken down with the perfect pre workout macros. well for most people that is. it is setup with the carbs fat and pro to be slow released during training like we had talked about before. watch for the blueberry and some of the other flavors. they are freaking sick

great sick man. most stuff makes me crap like a goose but i can actually eat these and go train 20-30min later without 2 or more trips to the crapper. i would bet a box of crap protein bars against one of these in a heart beat. i actually got them for my wife but i had to try a couple myself because i would rather eat as much volume as possible. well worth it though

Got ya. They are tasty, i suppose pre-workout 9 or so grams of sugar. and the fat in the nuts help slow down the absorption of the sugar. Hell I wonder if they have them at costco?

it's a very small company and they dont put them out in the big chain stores. i think they have them in a few select stores but not many. i just order directly from them, they usually have a good discount code going and they have to be shipped fast. they are also made when you order them also
